We sold my mother's house in East Escondido with Brian's assistance, and the process was wonderful. His knowledge of the Escondido market was top-notch, and we knew from our first meeting that we were in good hands. He helped us with pricing, preparing the property for sale, then did the marketing and open houses. We received three offers from our first open house, and were in escrow within a few days. There were a few minor issues during the sale (as there always are) and Brian handled them calmly and professionally. My mother and I both know that the process was so smooth from or perspective because Brian was on top of the details every step of the way. After the passing of my dear friend of 20 years, it, sadly, became my responsibility as her trustee to sell the house that she had owned since 1974. I'm not from the area, so I needed a LOT of help selling a house I inherited. Brian stepped up to the plate for me in a big way. He was responsive to my needs and always available . He helped secure the property and prepare it for sale. He even personally watched over the property for me. He found good comps and priced it just right. He created a great MLS Listing with photos.
