Brian was great! As a first time buyer I didn't really know how to approach the process. I had a bad experience with a previous realtor pressuring me into something that would have been a bad fit. Brian, though, was patient and knowledgeable, letting me explore the market. During showings he would explore the house himself letting me do the same and if I asked his opinion he would answer honestly. He always came prepared with some kind of background on the house as well. When it came time to put in an offer and after it was accepted Brian took the time to go step by step through the process explaining each document and answering any questions - and this was on a Sunday evening!! I would definitely recommend Brian to anyone looking. He made a life changing - slightly terrifying - process all that much easier to navigate.
