Brianne was immediately responsive with comps, what we needed to do to the house to raise the value, and how to proceed. Her rates were unbeatable, and we loved to support a fellow military spouse. Unfortunately, we had been using a property manager to rent our house out prior to us selling it and they were anything but cooperative in the process. Brianne was very professional and dealt with the property manager (tenants were in the process of moving out) and all of the contractors for us. She had many showings as soon as possible and we had a full price offer in the first month on the market. Unfortunately, that buyer fell through, but she had showings immediately and we received an even more competitive full price offer within days. She completely understood our financial situation on the house and fought for every dollar for us. She was always prompt in responding and kept us informed on the process while also handling everything so we had very little to do besides making decisions and signing papers. She treats each home owner as family and goes out of her way to make the buying or selling of your property as seamless as possible. I've had several agents in the past, some of which are big names in the local area, but Brianne far surpassed them in customer service. None could even come close. When we first moved to the area, our agent didn't give us the time of day so we bought brand new from a contracted agent through the builder. This time around when Brianne was recommended, the experience is what I would expect from a Realtor. As far a knowledge, she told us exactly how long and how much the house would sell for and she was right on the money. After the sale was complete, she wasn't finished. She found us a new Realtor in the city we were moving to and it was almost of equal caliber.
