Anytime a house came on the market that we wanted to see, we were viewing within 24 hours (we saw a lot of houses and put multiple offers out there). She gave us great advice on the market, comp values/sales and our comfort level with our budget. Bridget is an incredible realtor Im so glad my husband and I worked with her to find our home. When we met Bridget we were only about 2-3 months away from our wedding and we had a goal of getting into a house before then. We had a tight budget but Bridget was confident that even in this crazy market we would make it happen. With this in mind she really worked for us. Sending us everything new on the market in our price range right away, getting us into houses the day they went on the market and simply just guiding us along the way. I cannot recommend Bridget DiEoreo and Laer Realty enough. My fiance and I had an aggressive timeline to purchase a house and Bridget managed the entire process diligently & professionally. Throughout the process, I constantly kept questioning whether I was supposed to be doing more in the home buying process because Bridget did literally everything for me. It felt like every day that Bridget was sending me documents related to the house, reaching out to the town hall to obtain all of the documents that I needed. In addition, she recommended an excellent mortgage lender and an excellent home inspector. In addition to all of these things, Bridget helped manage the negotiation process with the selling agent who was easily one of the most unprofessional and challenging people to deal with. Bridget provided me with the best support anyone could ask for. This was a long distance and challenging transaction between the buyer of my home in AL and the sellers of the home I purchased in MA made more complicated by my short time frame.
