For the last fourteen years I have worked full time in the real estate industry. Advancing my education by earning a real estate brokers license, mortgage brokers license, and CAM license. My most successful accomplishment is 272 sales transactions totaling over $27 million in gross sales.
During the economic downturn I managed bank owned properties using multi-platforms for leasing, bid submission, reimbursement and property management. I successfully managed foreclosed homes for many National and Local lenders. I am proficient in probate sales. I am a fourth generation native to Tampa Bay.
