Brien is a fantastic agent. I felt comfortable with him from the moment I met him and was so happy when I was finally ready to buy and I could use his expertise as an agent. I actually met him when I was looking at a rental house. I adored him and how honest he was so I kept his information knowing that in a few years I would be in the market to buy. I purchased a house in Feb 2016 after looking at house after house with him for close to a year. I'm picky but was open to a fixer-upper, a flipper or just finding my dream home. He was patient and gave great advice for what could be remodeled and where to knock out walls or move entrances. He opened up my eyes to possibilities in houses but I never felt pushed to buy something that I wasn't absolutely in love with. Thank you, Brien....I hope to buy and sell more in the future.
