Brittany knows the market in SWFL so well and spent so much time helping my wife and I find just the right home for us between 2020 to 2021. We purchased with her in Spring, 2021. In some instances, she had to deal with not only the owner, but the owner's tenant. In a couple of situations she had to use her finesse to deal with some ornery individuals who were none too happy to be having to leave. She did it - she got the appointment. I reiterate, Brittany is amazing. Her energy is unparalleled and her professionalism shines through in every thing she does as your representative as a buyer. She helped negotiate the best deal for us with the price, and at the last minute, she was able to convince the seller to give us a brand new hot water heater, as well! She fit us in when her schedule was taxing, and the market was sizzling. We never felt as though we were being ignored; we always felt she was pushing and fighting for us. With all our heart and soul, we are GRATEFUL she helped us get from a sadly changing NYC to our paradise in Florida!
