My husband and I are very grateful for Brittany! She went above and beyond as our realtor and was extremely patient with us. Any questions we had she was there to guide us through the process and was extremely responsive. Since we are not from Colorado we quickly learned how crazy the Denver market can be but we had 100% confidence in her. Brittany understood what we wanted in a home and ended up finding our house. The house was under contract, which fell through and Brittany was on top of it. Next thing we know we were under contract on the house and have been happily living in it and making memories in it since June of 2018 (and for many, many more years to come. Thank you Brittany!). The biggest thing I learned through this whole process is that you have to find a realtor that understands the market and will go above and beyond for you.
