Brooke really worked hard in getting us our first home in one of the most competitive markets. She was extremely responsive (to the point I had to remind my fianc it was almost 10 PM and to leave her alone for the night). Brooke never protested us driving all over to obscure homes and communities in the search of our perfect home. She definitely has knowledge and experience of different tactics to make an offer more competitive and gave us straight up advice and information rather than sugar coating things. Brookes team was also very responsive- from the lender to last minute inspections at a bargain price.
