First of all, Brooke is a very professional and knowledgeable realtor. While being stationed overseas with the Air Force, Brooke, with in the first conversations, helped me identify what i wanted and built a tailored list of homes that would fit the lifestyle I was looking for. She laid out all the details of what I needed to execute this purchase, and what would be involved in the process every step of the way. Of the 3 home purchases I've done, this was by far the easiest. Even after closing, Brooke has been helpful in helping me find a pool guy and locating entertainment and restaurants were in my area. She is great at what she does and her customer services is highly regarded. I fully recommend anyone to give her a try.

Brooke did a wonderful job helping my grandmother to sell her home. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us as we prepped the home to be shown and asked many questions. Great communication throughout the entire process. She even negotiated a deal prior to fully listing the property!! Very fast processes.
