We found Bruce because he had recently sold two other homes in our neighborhood in under a week. We interviewed multiple agents and got the feeling that most were just telling us what we wanted to hear in order to get the listing. Bruce is extremely knowledgeable of the area and took the time to explain realistic expectations to meet our timeline and desired sales price. He made specific suggestions regarding minor updates and staging options in order to sell our home quickly and for the highest price. Bruce held a very successful open house and we received an offer the following day, above asking price! Because we were out of state during the majority of the selling process, we relied on Bruce to handle many things that are normally outside of the scope of Relator responsibilities. He was always just a phone call or text away and really went above and beyond for us a number of times. I honestly cant say enough about Bruce and highly recommend him!

Professional, honest, thorough. Bruce is very knowledgable about builder's quality, properties, real estate market especially in Fulton/Forsyth counties and sounding areas. Bruce also took his time to walk us through important contract language along with pointing out items we should be mindful of during the whole home buying process. He even provided his honest unbiased opinions on certain "unnecessary" upgrades. He is as good as it gets and we couldn't be more happy using Bruce as our buying agent.

Bruce's selling strategy (price) was on point. We sold our home in less than a week at full asking price. In addition, the appraisal was spot on requiring no further negotiations with the prospective buyer. Bruce took an otherwise stressful situation and made it easy. My experience with Bruce was a good one and I would recommend him to my friends and family! Being a first time home buyer I had a difficult time finding a place that met my budget and lifestyle. The search took three months and had countless ups and downs. We must have seen 25+ homes. However, Bruce was responsive and enthusiastic about the house hunt the whole time. His experience was extremely valuable during the hunt and during negotiations. The house I ended up buying actually had multiple offers on it. One of which had already been accepted by the seller. I was rather discourage but Bruce sensed an opportunity and helped me craft a "back up offer" on the house. To my surprise the seller accepted my offer two days later. I am very pleased with my house and look forward to being home owner over the next few years.
