First and Foremost - Bruce is an extraordinary communicator. He was, without question, the best relator we've ever worked, consistently staying one step in front of us - keeping us up-to-date on available properties; answering numerous questions with regard to the community, town, and state; negotiating the many issues that inevitably developed with the seller; assisting us with insurance requirements and setting up utilities, etc. Most important - we always felt that Bruce had our back. We were "never" blindsided by any of the numerous processes required to find, buy, or move into our home. Oh yes - the words "no, too hard, or can't do" are NOT part of Bruce's vocabulary. Whether buying or selling, he has our highest possible recommendation.
