We couldn't be happier with how it was to work with Bruce and the outcome. We closed on our house this week (two months after listing) and Bruce was guiding us every step of the way. Bruce provided advice on what we needed to do to get the price we wanted. In addition he helped track down resources to do the work on the house to get it ready to sell and helped orchestrate the work while we were out of town. Went above and beyond to make sure our house looked like it was worth what we wanted. The quality of the pictures/videos and marketing/posting of our property was top notch. During the negotiation he gave us advice on how to respond but always followed up with he would do what was best for us and reminded us several times that he worked for us.
