I would highly recommend Bryan to anyone buying or selling a home. We were purchasing a home in Florida while living in another state. It was a bit nerve-wracking for us, but with Bryan's knowledge and expertise, everything went very, very smoothly. Bryan was always available to answer any questions we had. In fact, even after the sale, he is still answering questions that we have as new homeowners in a new state.
