We cant say enough good things about Bryan and his team at Rarebird. Its always easy to recommend someone when something goes well, even if by sheer luck. In our case, it took more than that. We started out looking in one general area, for a certain type of rental property, but couldnt really find what we wanted. Bryan stayed the course patiently adjusting the listings to what made sense as he got a better understanding of what we needed, and we found a great property. Then, with his tactful lead and advice, we were able to negotiate and exchange with the seller, as he also managed to obtain valuable information from them about the unit. In our case, a couple of unexpected things delayed our closing, but, again and again, Bryan was there, maintaining the deal on all sides really, updating the agreements, constantly feeding the process, and eventually getting us to close within the timeframe we needed. Not only is he a responsive, friendly person who will find time to share his extensive connections and expertise with you, Bryan is also a family man that keeps his priorities with his wife and kids, and a very caring figure in our community where we live.Thank you very much, Mr. Atkinson, it was truly a delight to have you on our side these last few weeks, until the next one ?!?!!! Wishing you and yours to be safe and heathy through all this, and again, thanks!!!
- Maria Eliza de BarrosBryan is a fantastic agent! Hard working, sincere, kind, and ultimately kind of a bada** ;). We worked with Bryan on selling our first house during a major life changing event and over the few months of our engagement we worked through some pretty serious conversations. Bryan helped us set early expectations and move through the decision to sell based on external factors, he supported us during some rocky contractor hiccups, and he helped us bring in good handy people, photographers, and title folks to setup and close the deal. His management of the open house, multiple offers, and buyer and buyer's agent communication was where he really showed his skill, helping to manage these high touch moments while keeping us mostly on the edges and unnecessary. He ultimately found us a great buyer with a great offer and was able to get us closed early and without hiccup. Everything ended so easily that we pinched ourselves to be free and clear and on our path to our next opportunities. I'll always be grateful to just how easy the closing process was and I'm pretty sure we won't always be so lucky. Kudos to Bryan on such a smooth result. We wish him all the success in his business... taking care of people and helping them get the stability they need during complex life changing moments. You da best B!
- Jeremy WhitakerWe highly recommend Realtor Bryan Atkinson! It doesn't seem like an easy market to sell or to buy a home, but Bryan successfully guided us through both with good timing. He is completely knowledgeable. He made sure we were aware of our options and the pros and cons of each so that we could make informed decisions that we were comfortable with. His contacts and rapport with other realtors and contractors played a crucial role in our transactions, and I hadn't realized just how important that would be. Thanks Bryan!
