We used Bryan as our buyer's agent in the purchase of our new home. He was very helpful to have representing us especially when dealing with the unresponsive seller's agent and our loan officer whose motto was to "pawn off" every bit of work that she was able to. We ended up closing on time and Bryan made sure an addendum was drawn up on the work that was promised (by the seller's agent) to be completed.

Bryan was on the spot for every issue we had through the selling process. All his upfront work resulted in our house being on the market for less than 24 hours and had an offer above our asking price. He helped us every step of the way and we were done, with the money in our pocket, in record speed. Definitely recommend him to friends and family when buying or selling a home!

Buying a home has gotten a lot more complicated since we bought our first home 25 years ago. You really need an advocate/point person that has your back during the process - Bryan is your guy.
