Bryan is a very hard working Professional. He listens to what you want and finds it for you. He helped me buy and sell 3 homes and was straight forward with me as to the realities of the market and where the houses stood in relation to listing value. I previously went through 3 other realtors and 3 years of getting nowhere. Bryan was so persistent in calling and sending cards that I thought I would give him a chance. After what seemed like an eternity of nada happening with my small farm ( including house & barn ) for sale, Bryan called me on a Holiday wanting to list my property. Given the winter season, I didn't think it was a good idea. He thought it was & He ended up having more showings weekly than previous agents had generated during their entire listing period.I still do not know what magic he used but he's got it.From listing to closing in 4 months? Seems unreal but he did it.His support team with Tiera is great.I am trying to lure him west tho so not sure how long he'll be available in Utah! ;-)
