As first-time homebuyers, we had no idea what to expect during this process but Bryan made everything so easy! He sat down with us and talked over the entire process from start to finish and always responded to any questions we had no matter the time of day. He even canceled evening plans so that we could go and look at houses, and it was a good thing he did because we ended up getting our dream house because of it. We ran into a couple of issues during the buying process with the seller but Bryan worked tirelessly to resolve those and we were able to close a week early! He helped with selling my home, and I was given an impressively thorough analysis of what I could expect in terms of how long it would take to sell, what sale price I met get, how many offers, and so forth. It wasn't sugarcoated (which I appreciated), and it was all based on real data. I'd recommend going with Bryan if you're buying or selling your home, you won't be disappointed.
