- Bryan helped me buy a home
Bryan botched the negotiations of a home purchase I was trying to make. Bryan unethically told me what the buyer's bottom number was, then when we bid that amount, Bryan said they would accept. He then held on to my offer for 2 days, dodging my phone calls, texts, and voicemails. He was such a coward- he refused to talk on the phone. He had tons of excuses. The deal ultimately fell through due to his incompetence. What a piece of garbage! If I were selling my home, I would NEVER choose Bryan Cotton. If I were buying a home, I would NEVER EVER negotiate with him. He is a liar and a coward.
