Bryan Manke

This was my first buy. Bryan showed me multiple homes and every single one had something I was looking for. He also was extremely informative on everything I needed to be concerned with as well. I was highly impressed with his professionalism along with his punctuality. He had told me that I would know the right house when I saw it. We looked at serval homes and Bryan never lost composure or patience with me. I found my home after looking at many, and Bryan was right about knowing it was the right home. I told him I like the house a lot and I’d call him later that night. I called Bryan immediately and told him I wanted to look at the home for a second time with a knowledgeable friend of mine. He made the appointment for the next day! After I told him that I wanted the home he quickly began the negotiations and next thing you knew were sitting at the closing! I always refer Bryan to anyone trying to buy or sell a home.
