I submitted a written contract for over asking price on one of his listings. After acknowledging the submission, he totally stopped communicating with my agent. Finally I had no choice but to rescind my offer, he wouldn't even acknowledge that. I wouldn't buy apples from this guy, let along my next home!

This man does not even return phone calls nor emails. this has been the most unprofessional experience ever for my wife and I trying to buy our next home. i wonder if his customers are aware of his lack of follow through. or maybe he just does not care...
