- Burnie helped me buy a home
Burnie was outstanding. She was up to date on any changes on the MLS. At the time, I was working with two realtors and where Burnie took me, I felt, to areas that I would not qualify for, but low and behold, one area had a house that the price had dropped and I was able to buy it. The other realtor took me to area that were okay but never piqued my interest and in this area she had no idea that the purchase price had dropped, when I later questioned her. Once a contract was established, Burnie kept me abreast of each step along the way and worked to make the transaction beneficial to me.
