From Manila, Philippines to Martinsburg, West Virginia in 1976. Stayed in this beautiful area where both of children went to St. Joseph School then Hedgesville High School and one daughter went to finish her bachelor's degree at Lock Haven and Master's at Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania and my other child from Virginia Tech with Biochem degree and complered nursing at MCV of Virginia. Have been in real estate profession since 1987 serving the real estate needs of the Eastern Panhandle in Commercial, Land and Residential listings, leasing and sales.

Butch Cazin, listened to my concerns and gave me excellent feedback on what I should do to present the property in a positive way. He respected my decision on what amount of payment I would not go below and guided me when he felt the price offered was too low. He provided feedback on what would sell the house and how to market it properly. Even when my concerns were probably minor he never talked down to me or shrugged them off. He has excellent people skills and was able to turn all my concerns into a very fast and pleasing experience. I would highly recommend him and his team to anybody that asked me.
