Bryon is one of the best realtors I could have come across. He is the kind of realtor that will go over and beyond to assist his clients. Byron sold my home back 9/15/2014 in a few months of having the home, and I having to relocate to a different area. Byron placed the home under contract had the property 3 to 4 months and it was SOLD! For this reason I will always have Byron as my realtor! He blew me off several times over the course of 5 weeks, he showed my husband and I 3 homes and then nothing. He stopped returning our calls with our any warning,

I really appreciate Mr. Metz's professionalism and deep knowledge of real estate. I trusted his guidance completely. While we didn't end up buying a home (that was on me), I understand why he couldn't continue working with us. He had asked us to sign a brokerage agreement before showing us homes, and honestly, we were hesitant. Looking back, I realize how important that document is – especially after seeing similar situations on the news. Mr. Metz is a busy professional, and I totally get why he chose not to invest his time with us when we weren't ready to commit. We were probably difficult clients, and I now understand how easily buyers can unintentionally waste a real estate agent's valuable time. If he's ever had to "drop" clients, I completely understand why.
