Todd is awesome. He recently helped us purchase our first home in Richland, and he went above and beyond with showing us homes we wanted to see and those he thought would be a good option. He even showed us homes that were not yet available to see online, but that he knew would be listed soon so we would have first "dibs"

Todd was a man of his word. He told me that he would get my house sold in less than a month and he sold it in a week! In less than a month we closed on the sale of the house. He is very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, honest, and responsive to any concerns you may have.

He works hard so you don't have to worry. He solved the problems and answered questions fast. If he did not know the answer he would reasearch it for me and get back to me. Everyone should call him and have him help them for their peace of mind.
