This team is the A-Team!!! OMG, I was a realtor and have worked with many realtors, but nothing like Caitlin and her team! They are amazing in every way. So communicative, and they know the market and the current designs and everything! They walking into our home that was totally gutted and told me I was sort of on the "wrong path" choosing all of the new decor. They offered to step in and design the whole thing and then worked with the contractor to make that 4,000 sq. ft. home magnificent! It sold in 3 weeks, y'all. 3 weeks, at basically the full price! I found Caitlin in 2012 when we were first looking at buying a home. We had some pretty big changes come out way that kept us from buying but she always kept in contact with us, checking every couple of months and in holidays.
