Where do I start! As a first-time home buyer and a single mama, I shied away from buying for so many years because of the fear of initiating a realtor. A friend of mine used Caitlin and she was highly recommended and I now know why. I had a lot of questions that never went unanswered. I also had a lot of issues that never went unsolved.
