It was clear that she really wanted to make sure we did our due diligence before buying a home - she really did her research when it came time to make an offer. After viewing the home inspection report, she sent a plumber to inspect the pipes and provide an itemized estimate of all repairs, she sent a pool guy to inspect the pool, she had an HVAC specialist check out the HVAC system - all so that we had a very detailed list of anything that possibly needed to be fixed so she could have a stronger negotiation position. She advocated for us at every step of the process.
