Caitie Henselman

Caitie gave us such an amazing experience with buying our home. This was literally something my husband and I dreaded from hearing all the horror stories of buying a house but none were encountered in our experience! Caitie has an amazing way of helping you find exactly what got you and your needs. She is so patient and courteous. One of the things Caitie did while working with us that we appreciate so much is if any problem arose she came to us with solutions that she was able to work out instead of burdening us with just the issue. This hard work and dedication on her part took a lot of pressure and stress out of our hands and gave us the power to keep things moving forward. My favorite thing about Caitie is she had integrity. She will NEVER try to sell you a place because of the potential to make money. She sincerely wants to help you find your dream home, starter house, ranch and so on. Whatever your need is, that is her focus. I will always 100% recommend Caitie she is literally just the best at what she does.

Caitie has passion for what she does, great communication and follow up skills, and really cares about her customers. She also is amazingly well connected; always seems to somehow find the right thing right when you thought it wasn't out there.

Caitie was great from beginning to end with the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. With everything out of her control that came up she had the knowledge or was able to get the knowledge to make the deal work and continue forward! We will always use Caitie for our home purchasing and selling needs!

Caitie is such a sweet person, me and my husband cant thank her enough for getting us the house we had our hearts set on! She made it seem easy and always made sure we were taken care of. A year after we still know she is there if we need her and she goes above and beyond to make sure we know that!

Caitie was great! We decided to list our house with only 2 weeks notice and she got everything taken care of. She was especially informative throughout the whole process. Had answers and explanations for things I didn't even know to ask or think of. She is extremely knowledgeable of the industry as a whole, not just certain aspects. I look forward to continuing to work with her for the build of our next house!
