"Cam represented us as the sellers agent and we could not have been more than happy with our choice of having him there to walk us through the entire process. He is knowledgeable, experienced, responsive, and extremely organized. His work is very thorough and he has a high level of attention to detail when it comes to things that can often be overlooked. An example is on the day we had the photographer scheduled, Cam wanted to make sure every angle of the home was perfect and spotless. He arrived early and noticed the chandelier in our home would look better in photos if we polished it a little. He took a moment to help us and after looking at the end result, the photos and videos came out gorgeous for the listing. Additionally, an important factor to us was being able to sell our home at a price we were comfortable with and Cam was able to help us reach that goal. "Before we met Cam, our house search was proceeding slowly even though we were working with an agent and the clock was ticking as we had already sold our house and wanted to buy a new property. Cam went above in beyond in helping my fiance and I find a new home. In my circumstances I was looking to sell my house and buy a new one. After interviewing with several agents I ended up choosing Cam. My first impressions were that he was honest and not afraid to give me his opinion. When reviewing my property for sale he took every little detail into consideration and worked to make sure I had a plan to get to market. During the sale process I would sometimes get worried about the house not getting sold. He would reassure me and help me get back on track. I have a dog and cat so showing off the house was very difficult. He did everything he could to make the showings as easy as possible for us accommodating not only me but my dog and cat as well.
