From a first time homebuyers' perspective, you'd think realtors would be pushy and only out for their commission, but Cameron wasn't! The entire process he looked out for MY best interests! From good and the bad things to look out for in a home, how to deal with exceptions to the home inspection, even stuck his neck out for me when we thought we have problems with the lender paperwork (but turns out we were just fine!)

My family and I are incredibly grateful we found the Gray Home Team. I have never seen a Real Estate team work so hard. They are incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and on top of everything. They were always a step ahead, fantastic with communication, scheduling appointments, and negotiating. Cameron is very knowledgeable about older homes and really helped us find the perfect fit for our family. I honestly wish we needed to buy another home so we could work with them again!!

The Gray team was a pleasure to work with and made our experience fun and informative. Our offer was accepted on our dream home with 8 others offers on the table but the Gray team was able to offer their knowledge and experience to guide us and make our offer as attractive as possible.

We honestly cant say enough good things about the Gray team! From our first contact with Cameron until the day we closed, they were communicative, responsive, friendly, patient, proactive and even protective of us during our first home buying experience. Never once did we doubt that they had our best interest at heart. During some of what are supposed to be the most stressful parts of the home buying process, Cameron was such a calming presence. He reminded us to relax and take deep breaths along the way. Were so happy in our new home and were excited to have made a lifelong friendship with the Gray Team along the way!!

Cameron and Lourdes are a very good example of professional real estate agents. They are friendly, very easy going, patient and truly helpful. All my questions and emails were answered in a timely and professional manner. They have excellent knowledge of the area, very good understanding of the market and the right skills to negotiate and get things simply done. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a real estate agent. A real pleasure to work with them both. I will definitely use them in the future for the selling and buying another home.

Working with The Gray Home Team was a great experience; I feel lucky I was able to trust my home-buying process to them. Both Lourdes and Cameron were able to advocate for my specific interests, and they made the whole experience feel effortless on my part. Lourdes was my main point of contact, and I can't say enough positive things about her. Really. She kept me on track, called all parties involved on my behalf, and was just a lovely face to put forward regarding any of my interactions with other parties. I can't help but to feel she went above and beyond what is expected of a Real Estate Professional, and that I would not receive such service with another agency. More importantly; the property I purchased is just a humble 500 sq./ft condo; there was not an abundant amount earned from my transaction, but that did not deter her customer service at all. I closed precisely on my contracted closing date, and it is solely thanks to her due-diligence.I also must thank Cameron; even though Lourdes was my main representative, he was still involved, and was also able to give me some great resources that helped cut some of my closing costs. All in all, I have been living in my new home for a couple weeks now, and I am still very grateful to them. If I should ever need another real estate transaction handled, they will undoubtedly be my only choice. (And Lourdes would surely be my requested representative; I grew so fond of her through my first experience.)
