I have lived in Union and Baker County for about 40 years. I love this area for its beauty and diversity. Its a Great place to live, clean water, clean air, good people! In just a matter of miles you can see the grandeur of the rugged mountains or take a walk through the dessert. Introducing clients to the area is always exciting and one the best parts of being a Realtor in Union and Baker County. My number one hobby is motorcycle ridding. My husband and I have traveled most of the back roads in this area, its wonderful to leave you house for day ride and be able to travel mountain terrain or zip down the Richland, Halfway area and follow the Snake River.   • Candace helped me buy a home

      Candy was very little help throughout the home buying process. Most of the communication with the buyer was done via email between us and the buyer directly because of lack of communication/effort on Candy’s part. It seemed that she was upset that the buyer was representing herself and she displaced that frustration onto us. We are first-time home buyers, we moved from out-of-state and she was well aware of this from the start. Whenever we received information surrounding the parameters of buying the house, we were told by our lender (who went above and beyond making up for Candy’s “efforts”), then we had to contact Candy instead of the other way around (e.g. earnest money, signing/closing, etc.). She was also 20 minutes late to the showing that we had scheduled and drove multiple hours for. After Candy was paid her commission, she was short, rude, and done with us when we tried to contact her. I would not recommend Candy, and we wish we would have taken a different route.
