If you are considering selling your home let me recommend our agent Candace McIntosh. She is a true professional who will get the job done for you. We tried two real estate agents prior to enlisting Candace's services. Let me give you a brief overview of our experience:Agent one was working with a small local agency. He knew our neighborhood well and was a pleasant man. Unfortunately, his services were limited. He only showed our house to his clients alone. With other clients, he merely advised us of their arrival time. His advertisement and attention to detail were limited. Our six month contract ran out without a serious bid. Agent two was the owner of a large agency with a fancy office in Palm Beach Gardens. Once again, we received limited service and limited advertising. The only time he came to the house was to push a low ball offer he wanted us to accept. We canceled this contract for reasons too numerous to list.Candace's service was quite different. She met every client and showed them through our home, pointing out the highlights and special features. She created a broad range of print advertising and had pictorial handouts for each client. Her coverage included an excellent video of our home on the intranet, in fact that's what lead to the house being sold. When a solid bid was received, Candace was there to meet the inspector and show him through the house, once again representing our interests. When it was time for the house to be appraised, Candace was there again with comparable homes for the appraiser's consideration, rather than letting homes be picked at random based on square footage. Negotiations went smoothly and we are well satisfied with the final sale price.
