On our initial meeting with Candice, she helped us to make our house ready for the market. The suggestions she made were within our means and budget. She suggested neutral paint colors as we had painted bold colors years ago. She also suggested to "de-clutter" our home as it will look amazing in pictures and also in the showings. We took all of her suggestions as her experience in the market is what is going to sell our home. She is honest, professional and detail oriented. Our home sold because of her suggestions, staging, professional pictures and marketing. Candice kept us informed every step of the way with an email or text to check in. I could not have imagined this journey without her.
