Chadd and Caren were one of the best decisions we made when looking for our home! We had been using a different Realtor that was quite disinterested in helping us and made us feel like we were putting him out every time we wanted to look at a house. NOT Caren and Chadd!! They would always make time to see something with us, spend time both at the property and after going over everything from numbers to the possible maintenance or functional issues and things that we may not have noticed that didn't jive with our family lifestyle but they did. They noticed these things because they took the time to truly listen to what we were looking for in a house and for our family! They continue to keep in touch as well, which is great! We were just a bit on the outskirts of their locale but that never deterred them!! A great team for sure!!

This is a top notch team. Anyone who wants to get a fantastic deal and move quickly should work with the Dempsey team. They are dedicated, disciplined, and caring. We have now bought two homes with them and wouldn't look anywhere else. For the sale of our house, the Dempsey selling team conducted a detailed market survey, recommended home improvements, provided contractor points of contact for improvement, and even made themselves available when we weren't to facilitate the improvements. After their help, we put our house on the market at their market assessed aggressive price and we had full priced offers the first day. Selling for more than we hoped, we were under contract and closed in less than thirty days. It was a similar story on the buying side, the home buying team canvassed neighborhoods, found multiple homes that met our criteria, worked with the selling agents to understand the sellers' touch points for negotiation and, after we found a home we loved, we closed in less than thirty days. I don't think that too many other teams could have done what the Dempsey team did and I know that they can do it again.

4/14/2021 Update- Used Chadd and Caren to sell our investment property. Our sale was not one of the easy ones you see out there as we were dealing with a 200 year old building and 3 different units, all with different views on there building being sold to a new landlord. Chadd and Caren did a outstanding job working all the details and challenges of this deal This company can do it all!!! Thanks again team.--------------------------------------Worked with Chadd and Caren for years. My wife and I have bought and sold our first, built our second house, and even purchased a investment property. They do it all. Look no further!!Once the deal is done the relationship is not. We are currently at one their customer appreciation events at Chunkys to watch the Avengers and benefit the great people at the Roda Kidz Club organization. Caren was great We had a very tight timeline and also had to sell our house to buy our next. Multiple times we called with less then 24 hrs notice and she was able to meet with us, she also found us our dream home when inventory was very tight and flying off the market. If you are buying in NH definitely use Caren.

Caren was absolutely amazing in helping navigate this crazy real estate market! They have a ton of patience and worked with us over the course of about two years to help us downsize by buying a one level home and selling a four story home for above what we were asking! They had lots of recommendations that really paid off in the end. They also had great recommendations for people to get the work done that was needed! They get the job done!

Chadd Dempsey and Caren Dempsey were amazing to work with while selling and buying our home. We started the process a bit early (Feb 2020) just as Covid hit. Before it got bad we had 2 open houses with lots of activity. We ended up with 3 offers all of them too low, but Chadd negotiated and got the buyers to go above asking! Which was crazy because we had to wait until June 26th to close due to that being our 2 years in the house to avoid capital gains tax. Luckily these people were coming from an apartment and loved the house so much, they were willing to wait. His motto is "Sold for more In less time". That is 100% true as our home was only on the market for 16 days! Chadd and Caren Dempsey were also amazing on the buying side. They point out things we would have missed and have amazing ideas like making our 4 ft master shower bigger and making the huge linen closet smaller (our last shower was bigger and we felt this one was a bit small). I would 1000000% recommend Chadd & Caren Dempsey "Chadd Dempsey Real Estate Experts" to anyone! They are always willing to help out with anything. They answer questions you have along the way, and even show you a house you keep going back to 5 times, and were not at all pushy to buy it. They showed us A LOT of houses. We ended up finding a completely different house (which this one they also showed us a few times). Chadd helped us alot on the buying side also by negotiating and being very creative. It was a new build that had been sitting a while. We went in pretty low, and our offer was accepted. We then saw a similar house one exit further (same builder) and pulled out of this one only to find out the other house was under contract, they were just waiting on employment for the buyer. We then went back to the original house and put in a new offer. Same price but asking for $10k in closing, $10k for a fence, $10k for a Trex deck and $5k for water filtration. The seller didn't even hesitate and accepted our offer! We are now in the home we have been dreaming of, out of the city (Hopkinton) but close enough to the city to get food etc within a 15 min drive. Thanks Chadd & Caren for being there for us as the buying and selling agents and for getting us into our new (hopefully for longer than 2 years) Home! You guys are our friends and not just a transaction. Faster than a speeding bullet. Chadd and Caren listed, sold, and had a closing on my property all within 5 weeks right in between Thanksgiving and New Year's. I thought it would take months. My objective was to get a fair price as fast as we could. In addition, their transaction coordinator, Travis, was so pleasant to work with.
