Carey Beychok

We have a trusted new friend in Sarasota: Carey Beychok. We were initially impressed with Careys business credentials. On the phone we noted her confidence and professional demeanor. As our working relationship developed, we became even more impressed by her knowledge, honesty, work ethic, and responsiveness. Carey is a native who truly knows everything and seemingly everybody in SRQ. She was always organized with scheduling home visits, and is quite pleasant to drive around with. We immediately felt at ease from the moment we met her. We had great conversation and great fun in the hunt as Carey likes to call her favorite activity. She schooled us on market conditions, neighborhoods, and then offered thoughtful (but not pushy) advice on home selection. During offer and negotiations, she demonstrated her savvy as we sought guidance on various contract stipulations. After contract acceptance, she diligently kept us informed and then troubleshot any minor issues that popped up. She also maintains a network of trustworthy service providers, which proved quite useful to us. In summary, we found Carey Beychok to be trustworthy, professional, and congenial with very high set of ethics. She is a true pro who you want at your side. Ted and Barb DevensRaleigh, North Carolina
