- Cari and I connected, but did no business
I contacted Cari the day one of her listings went on the market to obtain disclosures and set up a viewing. It took her 6 hours and two phone calls to get a return call. She provided some of the disclosures, wasn't aware that there is a separate pool disclosure so I had to wait for seller to complete. I asked for a showing, and she stated the buyers had been out of town and she wasn't sure when she could show. That was 2 days ago and no followup. I DEFINITELY wouldn't recommend this agent for ANY transaction.
