OMG! Before I knew it, I was in a bid war with 7 other buyers! I was not the highest bid and still got the home of my dreams!! Heber is a negotiations rock star! I looked for the perfect home for a year! Heber was very patient and really cared about the checklist of 'must haves' I had. We were in escrow on one home and had to pull out of escrow due to covid furloughs, he was very understanding. Once I was ready again, he took me to many showings until I found the right home.
