Carie Serrano

Carie Serrano is unethical. She tried to sell my mothers house while she was in the hospital recovering from a fractured pelvis. My mother has advanced dementia. She convinced my brother to sell the house, liquidate her assets, declare her indigent so she could be put on medicaid and in a care facility so he could keep the proceeds from the house as "an inheritance". She told me she tells a lot of her clients this. This is actually illegal. As the listing agent, she would have made a hefty commission. Fortunately, with the help of a restraining order, and the assistance of Adult Protective Services, I was able to stop the sale of the home. However, she befriended my brother into giving her $26,000.00 in cash of my mothers money for "safekeeping" (hide) because of the court case. (Ahrens vs.Ahrens Case No.16PO02224). This money will probably never be recovered as she now denies my brother ever gave her any money. BEWARE OF THIS UNETHICAL JOHN L. SCOTT REALTOR WITH NO CONSCIENCE WHO WILL DO ANYTHING FOR A BUCK.

Would not recommend this realtor. She is pushy and greedy, and a liar as well. If you want a safe and legal transaction for yourself or family, best to avoid her and her company. She is also not well liked by her fellow realtors i have learned.

Avoid this realtor and John L. Scott Company at all costs. No morals whatsoever. Unlawful business practices that Company is aware of, but Carie will deny (LIE) about it with a smile on her face. Trust this review.....

Crazy Carie, the convicted felon who can't get along with people and engages in questionable behavior. She will rip you off in the most subversive way. Do your research before you hire this one.
