From the time she liste the property, she visited it, then hired a pro photographer who took great pictures. This helped make a grea t web site of my property. The lot was exposed in all major national publications, AJC, WSJ, NYTimes, USAToday. Great exposure led to many inquiries, showings, offers and finally a sale!! But Carla was especially impressive helping resolve a huge problem with the property title. That's where she really shined, pulling her resources, doing extra research, contacting everyone, and going the "extra mile" to make the closing happen.
