Carlin Felder

Loved working with Carlin when I sold my house in 2019! Highly recommend!

Carlin sold my home in Beacon in September 2019. She was extremely committed and patient through the process. Like a lot of sales, things got a bit stressful once in contract, but Carlin kept things moving forward for us and in the end, the sale was a huge success. She even helped us pack! I highly recommend Carlin for your next listing or search.

I worked with Carlin during the summer of 2019. I wasn't completely sure at the time where I wanted to purchase a new residence. I couldn't have been more fortunate finding Carlin to assist me with the sale of a property I no longer wanted to own and locating a new residence. The sale went quickly and smoothly.I must say Carlin was the most patient, understanding and knowledgeable realtor I have ever worked with. Anyone needing Carlin's services at her chosen Realtor firm in the future will be very fortunate clients. I have no doubt they will be completely satisified and grateful they had Carlin to work with.
