- Carlos and I connected, but did no business
I contacted Carlos Cesar, The Contact Property Manager via email about one of his properties last week to set up a date to view the property. We communicated via email to confirm the viewing, which Carlos Cesar stated "I'll be at the property between 2 and 3 pm". When I arrived at 2:10 I called Carlos, which his cell phone was turned off, so I left a voicemail and sent another email. After waiting an hour and following up with Carlos multiple times, I finally left. My advice would be to stay away from this agent, very unprofessional.
