We are not satisfied and are beginning to lodge a serious complaint with the State of Texas and Rocket Mortgage. Carlos misrepresented us to the Mortgage Lender and the Seller as well as lied to our Mortgage Lender by telling them the Seller had agreed to our Offer of which we thought was our actual offer that we told him but it wasn't. We expected to haggle a few days to either get what we could as the best deal or move on. We had 2 counter offers that we refused and we stuck firm to what we thought was our offer. On 06/24/2020 we noted that Rocket Mortgage generated a Loan with A Closing Date and our first payment, etc. Mr Olimon did not call us but sent the Loan Documents for me to sign and return; we noted that there were things that we questioned and I called him. At no time did Mr. Olimon disclose the real deal which was that I was responsible for all of the Closing Costs, which we were trying to get the Seller to pay or at least 1/2. He LIED TO ROCKET MORTGAGE and HE LIED TO ME! The home we were trying to purchase was a dream situation for us and we were thrilled yesterday believing we had gotten what we wanted. Had we gotten all of the way to the Closing, we would have been short by several thousand dollars and we would have had to walk away, losing our $2400.00 Earnest Mney. Carlos knows what he did but he doesn't care. He is the worst Real Estate Agent ever and a Liar.
