Carlos & Pat are fantastic! Moving is a very busy and stressful time for people. Carlos & Pat not only sold our home for over asking but helped us a ton with all the maintenance work and other random odds and ends needed to move and sell a home. Not only were Carlos & Pat our fantastic realtors, but they are now our great friends.

The best realtors I have ever worked with. Having now worked with several realtors in either selling or buying property, Carlos and Pat by far are the best there is. Meeting Carlos & Pat was the best thing that could have happened to me and my family as we were in search of a home to make our own. We really lucked out when working with Pat & Carlos to buy our Claremont, CA home, and I truly mean "lucked out." My wife and I had been doing internet research on the area and found a home we wanted to tour. When we put the request out for an appointment, over 10 realtors tried to get the meeting. They helped us find inspectors, met with Mary during the inspection, and followed up with us afterwards to ensure we knew what it all meant. They also connected us with a mortgage broker who was able to secure the jumbo loan we needed to close the deal. Their service even extended after the close, as they have offered to help us find contractors to do the some of our planned renovations. Pat and Carlos were wonderful to work with. Carlos was so responsive and helpful with our home inspection and the care of our home. My husband was unable to make the inspection and follow-up appointments and Carlos really assisted me in some of the older details of my home and advised me on how to make the best decision for my family. He even went as far and bought a lawn sprinkler for the yard so our lawn wouldn't die while we were closing on our home. I've never met a better team than Carlos and Pat.
