Carmen was great. She thoroughly helped us find the perfect home. Was very patient and made sure we got the best deal. Carmen was able to find out perfect home with everything we wanted in it and a school for a child.

Awesome, took very good care of me and made sure i made the right choice! It started out rough, looking for something suitable for my dog and i, mostly a nice home in our price range with a yard. We looked at maybe about 15 homes in a week and by that sunday of the week we made a final decision and i think it was definitely the right choice, she pushed to get us approved and helped us get everything we needed for our first rental Home, i enjoyed her service and will definitely use her again when the time comes to find another home!

We used Carmen just recently to purchase a foreclosure in Dallas. The property was going into auction within days of us seeing it. On a whim Carmen told us we had a good chance to get this 15k cheaper than the already low asking price. So the day before the property went to auction we sent the offer. By the end of the next day our offer was accepted and the property did not go into auction. Next was all the paperwork involved in buying a foreclosure. The banks were slow moving and we needed information from the HOA company to give to the title company. Carmen tracked down the office for the HOA and went herself to get the information from them and took it to the title company. Overall this has been the best experience buying a property (a foreclosure at that!) I have ever had.

I used Carmen to sell my condo in Dallas. I was preparing to move out and the condo was a mess. We had agreed that after I moved out and cleaned the condo up we would list it on the market. About a week later Carmen said that she might have a prospective buyer and asked if she could show the condo in its current state. I chose to trust her judgement and that showing really impressed the buyer. A full price offer was made a couple of days later. After I moved out and cleaned the condo up Carmen brought the buyer back to show them the property vacant and "shiny". This reinforced the buyers position and we are now set to close on the sale before Christmas. ALL of this was done BEFORE the condo every even hit the market!! Sold!!

Carmen is AMAZING she found us the perfect house in our exact price range!! My husband and I couldn't be happier and the kids love the jacuzzi which was just an extra plus! She did not stop untill all of us were happy and she even worked around my husbands hours he doesn't get off until after 8! I had a list of demands we wanted in the house and she met every single one! Thank you Carmen I will send everyone I know to you!!!
