Carmen Gomez

Carmen has been my realtor for many years. The best thing about her is that she is very trustworthy! She has helped me and my husband sell 2 homes and purchase 3 other homes in the last 8 years. She did a great job at advertising my properties and provide me with the research I needed to make a decision about the purchase/sale of my homes. She is fluent in English and Spanish which is really a plus for me.

Carmen has been our real estate broker as a Seller and buyer twice. Carmen is extremely knowledgeable, Honest, understanding, and exceptionally thorough. My wife and I were in the market for a Ranch Home, however, there were far and few on the market, making it difficult to obtain one. She kept us abreast of any new listing and immediately set up showings. Her commitment paid off as we did find the home we so desired. We highly recommend her services, you wont be disappointed.

Carmen helped my family get a new home on the least amount of time available. We are moving to Colorado and we had a short time to review the areas and view houses. She helped us select the areas we wanted based on School quality. After that we began the process of selecting houses to see. She did an amazing job on getting us houses and make them available for us to see them even at not regular hours and with very short notice. I have to say she is a "magician" on this. When it came to negotiate I have to say she did also a great job. Been a first time home owner we needed all the help we could gather and she definitely was all we needed. Making our move from Puerto Rico to Colorado was done in about 8 weeks, thanks to all of Carmen's efforts. If you need a trustworthy Realtor to get you a home in Colorado, go no further, Carmen is your solution.

Carmen was very professional and knowledgeable. I have used Carmen for a few purchases and sales. She looks out for the best interest of her client and very patient. Latest transaction she showed me over 100 properties because I am picky and I would add on to what I was looking for, she was never pushy and makes me feel every time she is listening to what I want. She enjoys helping people finding a place called home, you can tell because she works long hours and most holidays. She is very efficient on getting back to you and really good about deadlines. There needs to be more realtors like her. Found my forever realtor . I can't say enough about her, see for your self. I am sure she won't disappoint!
