Carmen Guedes

A native of Brazil, she is bilingual in English and Portuguese and specializes in luxury properties, apartments, and single-family homes from Wellington to Miami areas. "As a businesswoman, my reputation is my business card," says Carmen, who takes pride in her ready availability to clients and the high level of service she provides them, "so I keep myself thoroughly informed about market conditions that could affect my clients' transactions." Carmen's extensive history with equestrian properties in both Brazil and Wellington has produced a wide range of expertise, contacts, and clientele that is invaluable to her buyers and sellers. This success led her to be recognized by Douglas Elliman during The Ellie Awards 2017. Carmen graduated with a B.S. in Communications from Brazil's Unimep University and then received a degree in Finance from FIU. She moved to Florida and gained valuable experience on the financial side of the real estate business as a Real Estate Portfolio Purchaser for JPMorgan Chase, an Underwriter with Bank of America, and an Auditor with Wipro Corporation.
