We have bought 7 houses, two of them from Carmen. She also listed those same two, the latter when we moved out of state. I can honestly say that Carmen is, hands down, the best agent we have ever had. She is extremely communicative and keeps you apprised of everything going on. I never had to call her to ask where we were in the process or what to expect next. I have seen her go above and beyond for so many of her clients, from planting flowers to improve curb appeal to touch up painting etc. Whatever it takes to sell your house. She's not afraid of a long day of house hunting either. We like to look at everything we can possibly see in a weekend and then make a decision. She hung in there with us and was great to point out things to consider along the way that we may not have thought of otherwise. She's awesome!

If you want something done right usually you have to do it yourself! Not here, Carmen will treat any client like a family member and will make sure everything you need gets done. Great work ethic, always answers promptly and super business savvy. If you need to buy or sell, Carmen needs to be your choice.

We were in the market to find a small home close to campus for our son to live in while attending UofA and she listened to what we were wanting as far as size, location and price and within a couple days she had several options ready for us to look at. We made an offer that same day!!! Four years later we went back to Carmen to help us sell this same house. Holy cow she was amazing! We had an offer within 24 hours. Cant thank her enough for being so depending and extremely friendly, easy to be with and talk to.

I found Carmen on a fluke. I was working with another realtor that didnt have my best interest and I was frustrated! At work, I mentioned my frustration and a coworker gave me Carmens name. I went to my realtor, sitting in his office, told him I was thinking about changing realtors. He allowed me to call Carmen from his desk phone, Carmen answered and I explained the situation. We were All on speaker, she was upbeat and said she would love to help me out. We hung up, I said my goodbyes to Mr. Realtor and in a half hour I was in Carmens office. Carmen took me under her wing and allowed me to share my life changing divorce with her. She was knowledgeable, kind, hard working, dedicated, patient and most of all; a breath of fresh air. Buying a new home and transitioning in life is stressful and I was able to breathe and relax. Carmen helped offset most of my worries!!!! I am thankful she entered my life. If I ever need to sell or buy a home, I will only work with Carmen. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. Carmen helped us find a home to rent upon moving from Dallas. We felt like we ran her ragged in trying to find a house within our price line and in a timely manner. She found us the perfect place, and after a year, she helped us buy a home. The only thing more stressful than finding a home is the process in the purchasing of the home.Carmen made both as painless as possible. With her experience in the area, she referred us to people that we felt were honest and working in our best interest. In selecting a home, she made us feel that we were her top priority, despite the volume of her work helping others. After a cross-country move, it was wonderful working with Carmen in my search for a new home in an unfamiliar region. She knew about the house we purchased before it ever even went on the market, and she knew it was perfect for us. It was a hot commodity, but she got us in to see it right away. In fact, we were the first to see it. We were able to buy it within 24 hours of it being listed! She is on the BALL! I really can't say enough good things about her as a realtor and as a person. Carmen knows the area better than almost anybody else. She helped us find a great starter home that set us up to put us in a position for upsizing to our next house. She was extremely patient andwalked us through every step along the way.

Carmen did a great job in helping me find a new home in NW Arkansas! She was very friendly, flexible, and knowledgeable about the area.
