Carmen Lopez

Cant thank you enough, Carmen Lopez, your passion, commitment and laser focus energy didnt only allow us to purchase our dream home within our budget, but sell our 2 bedroom / 1 car garage former home, which we all know is almost impossible. Im extremely grateful for your patience with me; as looking for the last home you plan to move into is not an easy task. You stayed talking with me to discover what I envisioned, survey the homes prior to our arrival, weed out the ones you understood the style home we were looking for but there you were; supporting every step of the way. Today Im blessed to wake up and create memories in the property, Ill enjoy during grown-up stage. Thank you, Carmen for all you did for us.

Hi CarmenAn exceptional moment when finally, my girlfriend and I found the right home thanks to Carmen Lopez. It took us a month and a half to find the right house and at every time Carmen was there helping us and keeping the communications with us day and night. Since we are on a busy schedule we were able to check for houses in the morning before work, after work and week-end, Carmen was scheduling visits with us all the time. I'm glad she was the realtor taking care of us from the beginning till the end of the negotiations. She was punctual, well spoken, good advisor with prices because Carmen new that we wanted to keep our mortgage payment at a certain level, overall charming person. Today I'm proud to say that my fianc and I are owners of a beautiful house in a peaceful community and a marvelous back view to a gorgeous lagoon. We fully recommend 100% Carmen Lopez for her professionalism and transparency.Best regards.Jonathan Fernandez and Iris Romero
