She helped us as nervous first-time homeowners navigate tricky waters with ease and we had a seamless process to homeownership. We knew exactly who we wanted when we had to sell our house to relocate! Carol went above any beyond every step along the way! She met with us months before to help triage repairs and modifications that would yield the largest return. She was always available by phone or in person to go over staging and preparing our home. We really appreciated that she took into consideration our family's special needs during challenging COVID times- we were able to sell our house above asking with minimal interruptions to our busy schedules.
